Minion

If one is promoted to chief Minion is one truly a minion; has minion status been elevated in this case? If this is the case then are there degrees of minion? Would upper minion be a position to aim for and hi light on a resume? Would there be a higher rate of pay for an upper minion? I assume there are responsibilities that would go with such a title; upper minion in name only would kind of suck and as such force one back down into mere minion status. This would mean that someone thusly promoted is receiving a worthless promotion just to make the recipient feel good. Ergo no such thing as Chief Minion. . .unless, one was a minion that other minions looked up to as a greater version of themselves?. . .But this would be God Minion not chief minion even if some considered a god to be chief of all things. Obviously this would only be so if all minions in all trades and tediums were considered to be on a par with one another. That is not likely as all humans seek be seen as greater than the next; as such segregated teams of minion would pay heed to a deity that best represented themselves. . .Conquest and conversion of soup stirring minions into coiffeurist minions would have to come later. . .when orders are received.
Ya know this all makes me think that that if we minions contort and twist we will never know the truth. If we minions get onto that track we will always be minions subservient to the whims and fancy of those calling the tune. Best we think for ourselves, follow, objectively, reason and facts; leave the squabblers behind.
